Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Building strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels
- Building and document knowledge about the client business and technical setup
- Building project manage and document all technical projects carried out with clients
- Actively Playing a part in ensuring financial targets are reached
- Building strong relationships with team members
- Ensuring client’s support tickets are resolved in a fast and professional manner
- Giving feedback of any important client information to team
- Identifying any training / knowledge needs for clients and colleagues

Education and Qualifications

Experiences
- At least 3 year experience in sale or business development
- Experience of working towards fixed deadlines and of customer expectation management
- Experience of achieving sales quotas/targets
- Experience of working in a client support role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Good English skill (TOEIC 750 or IELTS 7.0)

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online and offline marketing and sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing, technology and sales. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our sales and marketing goals.
In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

As a Senior Developer, your job is to champion technology roadmaps, grow continuously and be ready to deploy to any challenging project.
Responsibilities
- Participate in PHP-based Web projects as a team leader
- In charge of code review, deliveries of development output
- Take responsibility for training technical skills and problem solving mindset for members
- Analyze requirements and provide sustainable technical solutions
- Understand actual client’s needs and carry out efficient consultancies
- Identify, forecast potential risks and technical debts, and make appropriate preventions
- Work closely with PO and help blurring out boundaries between client and development team
- Monitor project progress, and follow committed plans

Required skills and experiences
- 4+ years of experience in Web Development
- Experience in server-side programming with PHP5 or PHP7, and able to use PHP language efficiently
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Codeigniter, Lavavel, ...
- Experience in SQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, ...
- Have a deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript/AJAX, and other web foundations
- Experience in source control with Git
- Have a strong understanding of API and REST services, integration with mobile apps and third-parties
- Expertized in designing application systems with a deep knowledge of system architecture
- Experience in UI / UX design
- Have knowledge in design patterns, such as Factory, MVC, ...
- Experience in problem solving, especially with urgent matters
- Ability to read and comprehend written documents in English
- Have effective communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Have an ability of leading team, supporting members in solving technical issues and organizing workloads
